The Monthly Steep: Fine Dining Afternoon Tea at Rumhouse

Once a month, Rumhouse in Eastport becomes an afternoon tea room. The Monthly Steep is a fine dining afternoon tea held the first Saturday of every month. It features savory and sweet bites alongside a selection of premium teas, including Organic Mountain High Chai, Jasmine Petal Green, Alpine Berry Herbal, Earl Grey, and Organic Assam Breakfast Tea.

Seatings are at 1:00, 1:15, 1:30, and 1:45 PM. Adult Tea is $55, Children’s Tea is $35, and the Crown Tea with sparkling wine is $68. Space is limited to 50 guests to keep the afternoon intimate and unhurried. Patio seating is first-come, first-served.

Rumhouse is tip-free, and its prices support fair wages, health care, and paid time off for staff. Reservations are on Tock.
